Expression of Interest – Client Services Manager

Facilities First are always on the lookout for skilled Client Services Managers to oversee and manage multiple contracts within allocated a portfolio. This could be CBD based or a managing a dedicated region. The Client Services Manager works closely with employees, contractors, sub-contractors and client to ensure that KPIS’s and service delivery excellence is achieved.

If you can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced client centric environment we would love to talk to you. We are looking for individuals who have strong client relationship management, communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

What will my key accountabilities be?

  • Working with clients in the development and implementation for cleaning, maintenance and project works
  • Labour management including employees, contractors, sub-contractors and service teams to provide efficient delivery of works in line with contractual obligations
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with WHS regulations
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is completed to compliance requirements for site works
  • Establishing communication plans for works to ensure stakeholders have up to date and consistent information at all times
  • Ensure quality of work meets required standards within relevant scheduled timeframes
  • Regular visits out to sites and conducting audits in line with contract requirements

Essential technical and behavioural skills

  • A valid NSW driver’s license

Experience and skills required

  • Knowledge of BCA requirements
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong supervisory and stakeholder management
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

General WHS induction to Building and Construction Industry (preferred)
