• General cleaning of designated areas, scrubbing, dusting, mopping etc.
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment
• Assisting in the development and execution of cleaning plans and safety requirements for site
• Adherence to all service deliverables in the Statement of Works
• Coaching and leading a team of Cleaners
• Supervising a team of Cleaners
• Conducting Toolbox Talks and training where required
• Client liaison and communication with upper management
• Ensuring contractual obligations are met in all aspects of cleaning and client outcomes

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a hands-on cleaning supervisor role with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
• Well- presented and possesses strong professional acumen
• Skilled in people management and leading teams
• Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations)
• Valid Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• Current Police Check (Preferred)
