The primary purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact for any customer enquiries that relate to the AMC Contract as well as lodging and allocating reactive works with various stakeholders and systems.

Shift timing : 10 am – 6 pm (Mon – Fri)

The Role:

-Act as the “first point of FSC contact” for reactive works for all Service Calls and manage all day to day contact with internal and external stakeholders

-Liaise between Client Services Manager (CSM) and suppliers in relation to Workbill and supportive documentation – i.e. completion certificate

-Assistance in financial reconciliation against work performed vs Workbill budget

-Ensure all Service Calls and Work Orders are managed through Templa ERP system and complete within contract KPI targets

-Subcontractor management and any other related duties as directed

-Liaise with accounts payable to ensure payments are made

-Provide other ad hoc operational support services required to deliver FM Services

Skills and experience:

-Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or contact Centre role with proven customer delivery outcomes

-Effective written and verbal communicator. Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders

-High attention to detail

-Ability to prioritise work and deliver in high volume situations

-Proficient computer skills

-Experience in the Facility Maintenance industry is desirable
