We are looking for a skilled and driven Client Services Manager to join our maintenance division supporting our key clients

The Role:

-Championing Safety culture & performance

-Oversee operational deliverables and achieve the KPIs set

-Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including direct staff and sub-contractors

-Supporting growth within your portfolio

-Manage and deliver the expectations of clients and contracts

-Visit clients and conduct regular audits and site inspections

-Regular and ongoing communications with clients and customers.

The Person:

-Experience in  working with a diverse range of stakeholders and operational objectives

-Superior organisation skills and ability to manage a variety of issues, concurrently.

-Strong understanding of current WHS regulations and ability to implement required process

-Can effectively communicate at all levels within the business in both verbal and written format

-Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines

-Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

-Ability to work both individually and within a team environment

Other Highly Regarded:

-Prior experience with government contracts

-Experience working in Schools Maintenance Contract

-Trade qualifications

Essentials:

-Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license

-National Police Check within the last 12 months

-White Card and Working with children check

-Unlimited Work Rights

-Covid -19 Vaccination
