This is a Supervisor based role Working as part of the Projects team across all regions, the management of Minor Maintenance works and assisting Project managers in Medium to large Projects. Support the Group Project Manager on all operational requirements where directed and required
Our ideal candidate will need the following attributes to make an impact on this role.
-Contractor allocation of work order requests that are allocated to your portfolio.
-Communicate with client & Subcontractors to ensure that they are kept informed of any issues relating to Work order requirements.
-Ensure that work site instructions are followed and reported on with clear indication of works.
-Strict adherence to KPI’s for Order allocations, quote turnaround times and delivery of works and closeouts.
-Ensure all works are being scoped using contract/DoE specification and appropriate standards/ building codes.
-Go-getter willing to take on challenges combined with an ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
-High attention to detail, able to deliver on tight timeframes and experience in the supervision and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers.
-Undertake site inspection of work in progress and complete WHS&E and Quality audits.
Qualifications, Experience and Soft skills:
-Well Organised, meeting competing strict deadlines
-Trade qualified or industry experience in dealing with common industry trades
-Work autonomously and contributing as a team member
-Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities and limited resources
-Confident in presenting solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to client representatives
-2 years’ experience running a portfolio of contractors and delivering site compliance
-Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license
-National Police Check within the last 12 months
-Unlimited Work Rights
