This is a great administration lead role, responsible for the operational support required to deliver Facilities Maintenance Services to our client and for our sites, working with both our supplier partners and our internal stakeholders.

• Liaise between client services managers (CSM’s) and suppliers in relation to Workbill and supportive documentation – i.e., completion certificate.
• Produce Stats on Expenditure vs Sales
• Assistance in financial reconciliation against work performed vs Workbill budget.
• Act as the “first point of contact” for reactive works for all Service Calls and manage all day-to-day contact with internal and external stakeholders.
  Ensure all Service Calls and Work Orders are managed through Templa ERP system and Compile data for CSM’s KPI report.
• Liaise with accounts payable to ensure payments are made.
• Attend operational meeting and discuss the monthly results that will be tabled
• Work within monthly timelines for data processing
• Compliance with updating company registers within monthly time frame

• Previous experience in Work order management system is highly desirable
• Experience working with KPI’s
• Exceptional planning, organising and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal communication and written skills
• Well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
