Australian Catholic University (ACU)
Publicly funded by the Australian Government as a not for profit, each of ACU’s 6 campuses offers students a plethora of course programs, including but not limited to; arts & sciences, business, education, law, health sciences and theology.
Servicing 34,834 students across 3 campuses with a combination of specialist contractor partners & direct employees, Facilities First Australia partnered as the cleaning provider of ACU in 2018.
Facilities on-site include classrooms, library, common areas, laboratories, entertainment halls, gymnasium, outdoor communal areas, bathrooms, cafes and eateries.
As such a reputable education facility, Facilities First Australia is proud to provide comprehensive cleaning services to multiple ACU campuses daily.
University of Technology Sydney (UTS)
UTS (University of Technology) is a public university focusing on the support of economic, social and cultural prosperity across all communities.
With 160+ rostered employees spread across 17 buildings on 3 campuses Facilities First now provides grounds maintenance, programmed & periodical specialised 24 / 7 cleaning services for UTS.
To further increase the already high level of service Facilities First provide it was agreed that UTS was a great opportunity to innovate and transition-in cutting edge technological, Dealibs was introduced; a productivity and attendance sensor that continuously monitors workforce activities at sub-second speeds to gain complete operational intelligence.
This was a new contract for Facilities First, Transition-In was scheduled over the Christmas period, this took 15 days and commenced full operation on January 1st.
